Arizona county regional hubs

County hubs group the 217 reviewed Arizona regular school districts across Arizona’s 15 counties by the first two digits of their ADE County-Type-District-School (CTDS) administrative code. This is ADE’s administrative county assignment, not an NCES EDGE largest-land geographic assignment. Excluded from territorial county hubs are 396 published charter holders, 6 non-operating districts, 14 Career Technical Education Districts (CTEDs), 16 other LEAs, 6 service agencies, and 4 state-operated agencies. All-funds actual expenditures come from ADE’s FY2025 Superintendent’s Annual Financial Report (SAFR Volume II, 213 districts reported) and student headcount comes from ADE’s FY2025 October 1 enrollment file (211 districts reported). No per-pupil ratio is derived from county or district SAFR totals.
