Explore Minnesota's 500 school districts and charter schools with a page: the 327 school districts and 173 charter schools with a row in the Minnesota Department of Education's (MDE) 2024–25 enrollment file, with original sources from MDE, the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB), the Minnesota Secretary of State and the federal school directory (NCES). Directory identities are from NCES 2024–25, joined to MDE by its district type and district number together (the number alone is not unique); this is not a current operating-status certification. The 82 other agencies in the NCES directory (specialized districts, service agencies, state-operated agencies and others) are listed without a page, each with the reason. Spending and revenue are MDE's Financial Profile reports for fiscal years 2021 to 2025, as MDE prints them. The per-ADM figures are MDE's own, divided by its average daily membership (ADM) served plus tuitioned out, which is not an enrollment count; they are not recomputed here. Certified levies by category are from MDE's levy limitation and certification workbooks, Pay 22 to Pay 26 (taxes payable in 2022 to 2026); the workbooks have no row for a charter school. No school tax rate is shown: no pinned file prints one, and a levy is not turned into a rate or into a tax on a home. Ballot questions are the school district questions on the Secretary of State's list for November 3, 2026 and the questions in MDE's operating referendum election results for 2023 to 2025, each with the title and text its source prints. Salaries are PELSB's licensed average salaries by district for 2023–24 to 2025–26, each with its position named; the file names no one, and a 0 in it means none was reported and is not shown. Test results are the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments (MCA); graduation, consistent attendance (Minnesota's measure, not a chronic-absence rate) and October 1 enrollment are MDE's.
