Purchases

What we sell. We sell the research and bond products on our product pages. These terms add to the rest of these Terms. Some plans, and payment from New York, are not open yet; the product page and our email say so, and nothing is charged until a plan opens.

Scope, price and delivery. You ask on the product page. We then show you, and email you, a Stripe payment link for the plan and price shown. Nothing is charged until you pay that link. After you pay, we email you what we will deliver, the places covered and the delivery date (for an annual plan, what we deliver during the year). If that scope does not suit you, tell us before delivery and we refund the payment in full. We deliver by email on or before the confirmed date. Each product is prepared individually from public records; we promise no timing other than the dates in our email.

Refunds. Ask within 30 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full. If we miss a confirmed delivery date, you may cancel for a full refund before delivery. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Annual plans. An annual plan renews automatically every 12 months at the price shown when you bought it, and that price is charged to your payment method, until you cancel. After you buy, we email you a confirmation of these renewal terms and how to cancel. We email you again 15 to 45 days before each renewal with the renewal date, the price and how to cancel. You can cancel at any time by replying to either email or by writing to the address under Contact. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan runs to the end of the year you have paid for, and the rest of that year is not refunded except as set out under Refunds. A renewal charge is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of it.

Taxes. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Where tax applies, it is added at checkout.

Independence. A purchase gives no say over what we publish. We take no payment to publish, change, rank, delay or remove any figure, page or article.

Your use of a report. The figures in a report stay under the licence shown on our Open data page, and you may reuse them on those terms. The report itself (its text, selection and layout) is for use inside your organization: you may quote it with the credit above, but do not resell or republish a report as a whole. Reports are information, not legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

Liability. As far as the law allows, our total liability for purchases is what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions you make from a report.
